Harvest time begins with the peaches from south Alabama, blueberries brought in from various fruit co-ops in the South, and blackberries from our farm in June through July and a bit in August. August through October are the grape harvesting months, with the crush generally complete by the first of November each year. Bottling is done throughout the year as needed.
